Commercial HVAC Installer – Experienced (5+ Years)

Heart of Ohio is seeking skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installers with 5+ years of hands-on installation experience. If you’re looking to join a company that values quality work, supports your growth, and treats employees like family, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Install HVAC systems according to project specifications and industry standards
- Install and connect HVAC equipment, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Test, calibrate, and adjust systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure high-quality service
- Travel to job sites as required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools required for HVAC installation
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials safely
- Reliable, professional, and committed to exceptional customer service

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check, MVR check, and drug screening
- Must maintain eligibility to operate company vehicles
- Adherence to company safety and performance standards
