We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and customer services functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter variety of  date and Invoices using current technology
  • Greet and assist onsite customers 
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
