This role is pivotal in providing construction supervision and project engineering services during the delivery of infrastructure projects, with a focus on water and wastewater network renewals.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring accepted quality of deliverables is achieved in accordance with standards and specifications.
Work is being performed safely - Health and Safety is a key focus.
Providing project and construction management support to Project Manager.
Ensuring environmental controls are in place and functioning as intended.

Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong work ethic, enjoy working in a team environment, and be an excellent communicator.

Your skills and background must include:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction and or water engineering.
A strong team approach with the ability to communicate to people across the organisation, both internally and externally.
Experience managing or supervising construction work over multiple sites.
A qualification in construction management or engineering (Bachelor of Engineering ( or equivalent qualification is desirable).
Experience with water and wastewater pipeline assets and construction.
A full driver’s license is essential.
