Job Summary:
As the Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. You will lead and inspire a team of therapists and front desk staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive revenue through strategic planning and guest satisfaction.
As the Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. You will lead and inspire a team of therapists and front desk staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive revenue through strategic planning and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Ownership and Lead Spa Manager and partake in weekly meetings
- Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and guest services.
- Oversee guest experiences at front desk and operate front desk solo or with a spa coordinator
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and safety of the spa environment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management or hospitality management.
- Have a polished appearance per our dress code guidelines (willing to cover any visible tattoos or facial piercings during shift hours). Only natural hair colors accepted, unless approved by Spa Manager. Nails must be kept clean; neutral polishes only.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service standards.
- 3 + years of experience of managing 5+ employees at a time
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or related field is a plus.
- Background check required
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

The Spa is a 4,400 square feet luxury day spa featuring 9 treatment rooms, 2 saunas, Igloo room, 2 relaxation lounges, retail boutique, private dining room, Women's Locker room and Men's Locker room.
