Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Proven success in insurance sales or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
