You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and generally provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist clients with updating policies, payments, and other services
- Proactively assist customers to prevent cancellations and retain their business.
- Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate information on insurance products, policies, and services.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and deliver seamless service.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience.
- Background in insurance environment
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
Compensation: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
