Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in managing event listing across multiple platforms, uploading event photos, compiling guest lists, and assisting with various projects as needed. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Below are the key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff members.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, digitally.
- Assist in the listing of events over multiple platforms.
- Track ticket sales, and produce guest lists.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to facilitate efficient operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- University Degree Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., GoogleSheets, Slack, Event listing platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
