As we expand into Scottsdale, AZ, we’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Coordinator at MAZO, you will support a wide range of initiatives, including:
Brand & Content Creation
- Assist in developing marketing collateral for dealers, manufacturers, and internal teams
- Create social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) aligned with MAZO’s brand voice
- Support photography, videography, and editing for events, dealer visits, testimonials, and promotional content
- Manage branded assets, templates, and consistency across all platforms
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support email marketing campaigns via Pardot, Salesforce, and other automation tools
- Track campaign performance and report insights to the marketing leadership team
- Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and application flows
Event & Partnership Support
- Coordinate marketing materials for trade shows, sponsorships, and partner events (e.g., NATDA, IEDA, SC&RA)
- Prepare monthly newsletters, campaigns and strategic partner promotions
- Work closely with sales and business development to support co-branded marketing opportunities
Internal Brand & Culture
- Support internal communication initiatives, including employee recognition, newsletters, and culture-building content
- Assist with office branding, photo/video shoots, and MAZO’s expansion efforts in AZ
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) preferred
- Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce & Pardot
- Experience with content creation for social media
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
