LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Registered Nurse RN. We offer a continuum of care which includes assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.


Salary: $95,000-$125,000 annual salary, dependent upon experience

Job Type: Full Time, Leadership

Shift: Day Shift with On Call Rotation

Requirements: RN License


As the DON, some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, organize and maintain a standard of nursing practice that is compliant with the company objectives as well as state and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Supervise functions, activities and training of nursing personnel.
  • Assure quality of care adhering to best practices around inflectional prevention and control provided by the nursing department.
  • Develop and maintain standards of nursing practice and policies and procedures and provides oversight of practice.
  • Ensure that duties of nursing personnel are clearly defined and assigned to staff consistent with their level of educational preparation, experience and licensure.
  • Maintain and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
  • Management experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
