About the Role

Description

Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in-office)

Leapfrog Services is seeking an Endpoint Management Administrator to help modernize and streamline how we manage Windows and Mac endpoints across our multi-tenant client environments. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly created role where you’ll have meaningful ownership, influence, and the ability to shape how Leapfrog delivers Modern Desktop services long-term.

If you enjoy working with Intune, Autopilot, MDM, and automation-driven endpoint management—and you thrive in roles where you can take a concept, run with it, and turn it into a repeatable process—this could be your next leap forward!

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle of Windows and Mac endpoints: provisioning, onboarding, configuration, updates, restocking, and retirement.
  • Configure and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, and Addigy (for Macs).
  • Support hybrid identity environments leveraging Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Assist with patching, compliance, and enterprise software deployments.
  • Maintain device standards and improve provisioning workflows through documentation and process development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Build Room, Service Desk, Field Services, M365 administrators) for escalations and cross-team initiatives.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that enhance standardization and scalability.
  • Contribute to Leapfrog’s Modern Desktop strategy through initiative, ownership, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

This is not a help desk or Tier 1/Tier 2 support role. This position focuses on modern endpoint management, tooling, automation, and operational excellence.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in endpoint administration, desktop engineering, or advanced IT support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft Intune (device policies, compliance, app deployment)
    • Autopilot (profiles, provisioning, troubleshooting)
    • MDM environments (Windows and/or Mac)
  • Familiarity with:
    • Active Directory / Entra ID
    • Group Policy, conditional access, identity fundamentals
    • Patch management and update processes
    • RMM tools (Datto RMM experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with limited direction
  • Strong communication skills and documentation habits
  • Comfort working in both structured and evolving technical environments

Certification Requirement

Candidates must hold or earn within 60 days of hire:

Required Certification (one):

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (Exam MD-102)

Leapfrog provides exam reimbursement and study materials for post-hire certification.

Bonus Certifications (not required, but strongly preferred):

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (Exam MS-102)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Addigy or other Apple MDM certifications
  • ITIL Foundation Certification

These certifications demonstrate broader capabilities in identity, cloud, security, and process management.

Why Leapfrog?

  • Competitive salary ($70,000–$90,000, based on experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
  • Telemedicine and wellness programs
  • 401(k) with company match
