Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping environment.

- Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively in both Spanish and English.

- Assist customers in selecting the best wireless plans and devices to meet their needs.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets to support store performance.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and store promotions.

- Support store merchandising and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting.

- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve overall customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
