Product Manager

Daylight is building the future of Managed Agentic Security Services (MASS), where AI agents, automation, and expert guidance come together to deliver always-on, intelligent defense. 

As a Product Manager, you’ll shape core parts of this platform and help define how agentic systems transform security operations. You will also play a key role in redefining how products are built in the AI era, breaking old methodologies, rethinking processes, and helping us invent a completely new approach to creating software.

This role is perfect for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building from first principles, and wants to help define a new category in security.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the MASS platform.
• Design agentic workflows and automation experiences that balance autonomy, clarity, and control.
• Run tight discovery loops with security teams to uncover and validate real customer needs.
• Translate insights into crisp product narratives and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality, AI-driven features quickly.
• Drive GTM alignment, launch planning, and customer adoption.
• Challenge traditional product processes and help define new ways of building that match the pace and potential of AI.
• Foster a culture of velocity, experimentation, and crisp execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or automation platforms.
• Technical depth and comfort working on AI agents, automation pipelines, and data workflows.
• Proven ability to ship impactful products in fast-paced or early-stage environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to make the complex simple.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in metrics, experimentation, and product instrumentation.
• Ability to operate at multiple levels: strategy, execution, cross-functional leadership.
