font-size: 10pt;">Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts focused on delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions across clinical, operational, and financial domains. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage team operations, including project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet timelines and deliver value. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, frame analytical questions, and design scalable analytics solutions that deliver measurable impact. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics tools that drive data literacy and actionability. </li> </ul>   Minimum Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4+ years' experience in healthcare data analysis or related. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4+ years’ experience analyzing medical claim data, lab data, EMR data and clinical data. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL, Excel & PowerPoint.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.     </li> </ul>   Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
