About the Role

Patient Coordinator | Outpatient | Full-time | 6407 Southwest Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76132

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be integral in bridging patient care with administrative excellence. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality service from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your Role:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

  • Coordinate patient appointments, verify insurance coverage, and process referrals.
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with front desk operations, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries.
  • Work closely with clinicians and administrative staff to enhance patient experience.
  • Ensure a welcoming and organized clinic environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordination or patient service role.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance verification processes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
