About the Role

Description

Easter Seals TN continues to grow and expand with supports for individuals and families across Tennessee. This position, reporting to the Chief Compliance and HR Officer, will drive continued compliance and oversight to hire and train new staff. This position will also ensure all current staff are trained to the standards of the funding sources. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate and share their understanding of Human Resources and will become one of the agency’s FA/CPR and CPI trainers. Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in Human Resources required. College degree preferred. Must be available to travel weekly across TN to support service sites and staff. Position will be based in the Lebanon office. 

Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
