What You’ll Do

At Hartung Glass, you’ll work with the friendliest and hardest working Washingtonians and feel accomplished at the end of each day. Our Production Associates work in a wide range of departments, assisting with the manufacturing of glass. This could include:

• Reading tags to ensure products are being manufactured correctly.

• Inspecting glass at all stages of the production process to check for manufacturing defects, damage, and proper sizing.

• Loading/unloading glass from various machines.

• Operating equipment and machines such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Organizing the final product on racks based on delivery routes.

• Racking/crating the final product, ensuring that the product is safe and secure for shipping.

• Loading/unloading delivery trucks.


Available Shifts

• Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm 

• Grave Shift: Sunday – Thursday 6:30pm-5:00am


Pay: $21.10 – 22.00/hr (+$1.50/hr shift differential) depending on experience. No experience? No problem—we’ll train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • INDIVIDUALS WITH GLASS/WINDOW EXPERIENCE, WAREHOUSE, SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY AS WE PAY FOR EXPERIENCE!

  • Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch (or willingness to learn)

  • Able to lift between 50-75 lbs. (some areas may require less)
  • Able to work overtime (inc. occasional Saturdays)
