Qualifications

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team and work closely with the Assistant Controller. In this role, you’ll prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, allocations, and accruals, and drive process improvements. You’ll also assist in reviewing work from accounting associates across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

Excel Expert: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with the ability to analyze large volumes of transactional data.
Accounting Knowledge: Strong general ledger and inventory cost accounting experience; familiarity with IFS ERP software is a plus.
Organizational Strength: Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Communication Skills: Clear and confident verbal and written communication, plus strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Required Experience:

Education: BS Degree in Accounting.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of accounting experience with emphasis on balance sheet account analysis and bank reconciliation.
Industry: Experience in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
