The job holder will be responsible for handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for Industrial & Carpark portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for Industrial & Carpark portfolio
- Handling daily leasing activities, including but not limited to coordination on renovation and fitting out works, new lettings, takeover / handover of premises, lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy administrative work
- Carrying out marketing works including cold calling, marketing research, rental proposal, etc.
- Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation
- Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business or related disciplines
Experience and skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in leasing or property management, preferably with industrial and carpark portfolios
- Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage
- Good communication skills with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
