Job Description
Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Human Resources Student to join our HR department on a part-time basis for 12-months commencing January 2026.
This is unique opportunity that can lead to unlocking your future growth and possible advancement.
Our student group is a significant portion of our organisation and has become a unique dedicated function called Future Talent. This function is seeking a HR Student to support in multiple student related activities.
The HR Student will have the opportunity to learn and experience a range of tasks in a collaborative team environment and become an integral part of our HR team.
Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:
- Coordinating and actioning end-to-end student recruitment including:
- drafting of job advertisements,
- shortlisting, screening and pre-employment checks,
- preparing and extending offers, employment agreements, and
- data management and administrative processes connected to all aspects of students.
- Supporting all student related activities from:
- employer branding and social media communication,
- involvement in the student committee and ongoing student group support.
- coordination of university events building valuable relationships with key external organisations to grow the student Future Talent function
- Varied activities and projects across the whole organisation working with and for the student group's future success
- Individual opportunities to enhance and develop many of your skills and attributes.
Qualifications
If you believe you have the right skills and attributes to join this important function you will:
- be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree, with at least 12 months of study remaining, and have already completed at least one year of a Business/Commerce (or similar) degree. Preferably with a major or a minor in Human Resource Management.
- have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (especially intermediate-advanced competence in Excel preferred).
- have previous work experience, particularly in a team or professional environment.
- demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise multiple tasks from multiple team members, therefore working well within a team is a critical attribute.
- have the ability to work with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate your strength in collaboration and engagement at all levels.
- Have a strong interest in innovation and be open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning.
