This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of office processes, facilities management, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies. They will lead a team of administrative staff and work closely with other departments to support organizational goals.</strong></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Office Administration:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive work environment.</li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>2. Facilities Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office premises, including cleanliness, safety, and security.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and other facility-related needs.</li><li>Manage office space planning and seating arrangements.</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>3. Team Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and mentor the administrative team, providing guidance and support.</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and efficiency<strong>.</strong></li></ul><div><b><br></b></div><p><strong>4. Vendor and Contract Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Ensure timely renewal of contracts and compliance with agreed terms.</li><li>Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns.</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>5. Budgeting and Cost Control:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.</li><li>Provide regular reports on administrative spending to senior management<strong>.</strong></li></ul><div><b><br></b></div><p><strong>6. Compliance and Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, contracts, and correspondence.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>7. Event Coordination:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests.</li><li>Manage logistics for internal and external events.</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>8.
