Talent Management &amp; Performance</div><div><br></div><ul><li>Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, monthly, mid-year and annual reviews and mutual-feedback sessions.</li><li>Partner with managers to identify top talent, skill gaps, and development needs.</li><li>Facilitate career development conversations and succession planning.</li><li>Track attendance, consolidate insights, and share structured recommendations based on feedback given to build3.</li><li>Manage probation review cycles—including feedback consolidation, documentation, and full-time confirmation workflows.</li></ul><div><br>3. HR Operations &amp; Compliance</div><ul><li><br>Assist in formulating and executing HR policies and processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Manage employee documentation, HRMIS updates, and support payroll inputs.</li><li>Conduct and manage all POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance activities, including mandatory employee trainings (onboarding sensitization and annual refreshers), along with maintaining all POSH committee documentation, case logs (if any), and required compliance reporting.</li><li>Manage end-to-end offboarding including exit communication, interviews/NPS, asset return, payroll coordination for F&amp;F, issuance of letters, and complete documentation.</li></ul><div>4. Strategic HR Partnering<br><br></div><ul><li>Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR insights.</li><li>Analyze HR trends and metrics to recommend solutions that improve performance and retention.</li><li>Support organizational change initiatives and capability-building programs.</li><li>Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of quarterly strategy meets, ensuring structured agendas, documentation, and follow-through on action items.</li></ul><div><br>5.
