  • HRIS/UKG data management

  • Onboarding and offboarding coordination

  • Payroll exposure as the backup payroll processor

Basics of the HR Coordinator:

  • Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Location: 100% Onsite at Headquarters

What You’ll Do as an HR Coordinator:

The HR Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by providing essential administrative, recruiting, and employee-support services. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness of HR data, maintains compliance documentation, coordinates onboarding and offboarding tasks, and provides operational support to Sr. HR Partners and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the HR inbox, routing inquiries and providing timely support

  • Process employee data changes (promotions, transfers, terminations, compensation updates, supervisor changes)

  • Maintain digital personnel files and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready

  • Coordinate offboarding tasks and compliance deliverables across all locations

  • Support onboarding processes, including background checks, I-9s/E-Verify, and first-day logistics

  • Provide in-person support to new hires during their first week

  • Assist with Tier 1 recruiting needs when required

  • Support engagement, recognition, and audit-related projects

  • Act as the backup payroll processor

  • Deliver compliance documents and support audit documentation requests

  • Provide mailroom support as needed

  • Complete compliance training—including BSA—within required timelines

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support HR operations

Qualifications

Must haves for an HR Coordinator:

  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, relationship building, attention to detail, tech fluency (including use of AI tools)

  • Experience: 1+ year of Human Resources experience 

  • Education: High school diploma or GED

Nice to haves for an HR Coordinator:

  • Experience with UKG
