In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers needing spare parts or warranty assistance, ensuring their needs are met with clarity, speed, and care.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate daily with customers via phone, email, and portals to understand and fulfill their needs.
