Employer pays 85% of employee’s premium.</li> <li>401k contribution opportunity with an annual company match.</li> <li>Paid sick leave accrual equivalent to 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (~11 days per year).</li> <li>Paid vacation starting at three weeks and increasing with tenure.</li> <li>14 paid holidays, including 2 personal holidays of your choice.</li> <li>Comprehensive training programs and development opportunities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.</li> <li>15+ years of progressive construction experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Senior or General Superintendent; or 20+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior or General Superintendent leadership role.</li> <li>Proven track record overseeing multiple large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (300+ units) concurrently from preconstruction through closeout.</li> <li>Deep understanding of construction sequencing, logistics planning, and subcontractor coordination across multiple job sites.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of scheduling (Microsoft Project), QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and cost control practices.</li> <li>Proficient in construction management platforms including Procore (required) and Bluebeam.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop field teams, maintain schedule integrity, and deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead field operations across multiple construction projects to deliver on safety, schedule, budget, and quality.</li> <li>Serve as primary liaison among project teams, clients, and senior leadership.</li> <li>Provide direction to Superintendents; mentor and develop on-site teams.</li> <li>Enforce adherence to plans, specs, codes, and company standards.</li> <li>Champion a “Safety First” culture; ensure OSHA and project safety plan compliance.</li> <li>Oversee weekly schedules, subcontractor coordination meetings, and lookaheads.</li> <li>Manage site logistics: deliveries, manpower planning, equipment, and operations.</li> <li>Collaborate on goal setting, timelines, and budgets with Superintendents/PMs.</li> <li>Review subcontracts for scope alignment; enforce contractual compliance.</li> <li>Monitor quality through inspections; drive corrective actions and close-outs.</li> <li>Verify QA/QC and consultant reports are addressed promptly.</li> <li>Ensure required inspections are scheduled/completed with authorities.</li> <li>Review Procore daily logs; provide timely progress reports to leadership.</li> <li>Identify field issues early; implement practical, cost-effective solutions.</li> <li>Escalate risks and potential conflicts to the Project Director with written plans.</li> <li>Oversee schedule development/updates; track milestones and critical path.</li> <li>Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cash flow against project objectives.</li> <li>Coordinate with HSE to track hazards and implement corrective measures.</li> <li>Ensure regulatory, code, and permit compliance across all sites.</li> <li>Maintain reliable on-site/office presence; meet physical/workstation requirements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>The responsibilities above are not all-inclusive.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Our Mission &amp; Culture</strong></p> <p>At American Capital Group, “Our mission is to be an innovator and leader in multifamily housing solutions.” To fulfill this mission, we prioritize respect, collaboration, integrity, and transparency.
