You will report into a Sales Director working in a small, tight knit team.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline&nbsp;</li> <li>Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, &amp; technical end-users</li> <li>Build relationships that result in growth opportunities</li> <li>Partner with our Solution Engineers and utilize the village throughout the sales cycle</li> <li>Participate in our sales enablement trainings</li> <li>Business deal-making capability, and the ability to ferret out opportunities, create relationships, find the hidden issues during due diligence, and bring the transaction to closure.</li> <li>Demonstrated track record in planning and implementation of new business activity involving new technology</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience growing revenues to a substantial level and scale bookings growth and net-new customer</li> <li>2-4 years of experience in sales functions - preferably 2+ years in SaaS related sales&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time</li> <li>Consistent track record of quota achievement in the SaaS industry, closing deals exceeding $50k ARR</li> <li>Experienced in selling SaaS-based solutions, managing complex sales practices and solution-based selling to CXO, senior management and director-level individuals</li> <li>Proficient with web-based demo software and tools</li> <li>Stellar work ethic, passion for closing and exceptional drive</li> <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to execute both short-term and long-term sales plans</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere</li> <li>Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay Range (OTE)</strong>: $170,000 - $220,000</p> <p><strong>Other Types of Pay</strong>:&nbsp;Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long term incentives in the form of equity and short term incentives of either bonus or commission.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Health Insurance</strong>:&nbsp;Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).</p> <p><strong>Retirement Benefits</strong>:&nbsp;401(k) plan</p> <p><strong>Paid Time Off</strong>:&nbsp;Talkdesk offers an uncapped paid time off program, subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Paid Holidays</strong>: Talkdesk offers 14 paid holidays each year.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Paid Sick Leave</strong>:&nbsp;Employees have uncapped paid time off, subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Method of Application</strong>:&nbsp;Apply online.</p> <p><strong>Application Window</strong>: The application window is expected to close at least <strong>10</strong> days from the posting date.
