Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $17.70 - $29.25 / hour

  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • Verify, process, package and ship orders accurately and timely
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in a warehouse required
  • Forklift certification required

Specialized Knowledge

  • Knowledge of order fulfillment and automated warehouse management systems

Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks
  • Ability to work as part of team
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Travel required less than 5%

  • Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds
