Project Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end project management for Switchgear and Modular Solutions, ensuring seamless integration with customer specifications, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop strategic project plans, incorporating cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and process efficiencies.
  • Define scope, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with CEL’s commercial and operational objectives.
  • Drive on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project execution in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement agile project management methodologies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer and market needs.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with senior leadership, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to align project goals with broader business strategies.
  • Serve as the key customer liaison, ensuring transparency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the US manufacturing plant and international suppliers to ensure seamless project execution across global operations.
  • Lead executive reporting and project performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, ensuring robust contingency planning and issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean principles and automation to optimise processes.
  • Manage project financials, ensuring cost efficiency, margin protection, and long-term profitability.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools and data analytics to enhance project tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.

Technical Oversight & Compliance

  • Ensure Modular Solution projects meet the highest technical, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Work with engineering and supply chain teams to optimise modular power solutions, enhancing scalability and efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring CEL remains at the forefront of innovation.
