The Opportunity
You'll lead a team of 4+ sales professionals across print, digital, and specialty products. You'll carry your own accounts. You'll have a seat at the table with the Publisher. And you'll help shape what local media looks like for the next decade.
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Maintain and grow your own book of business
- Drive revenue across print (Daily Courier, Chino Valley Review, Smart Shopper), digital (928 Media, dCourier.com), special sections, and specialty products
- Build scalable sales processes and accountability systems
- Hit team revenue targets and individual sales goals
What You Bring
- Proven media sales management experience—you've led teams and have the numbers to prove it
- Track record of personal sales success in print, digital, or multimedia
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- CRM proficiency (we use Newspaper Manager—we'll train you on the specifics)
Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000+ depending on experience
- Commission structure based on team growth
