Our Direct Marketing Team is the heartbeat of our lead generation engine. The Direct Marketing Team consists of 7, canvassing (door to door marketing) teams based throughout the west coast. Through direct, face-to-face outreach, we build genuine relationships with homeowners and introduce them to the Renewal by Andersen experience. What You’ll Do

As the Senior Direct Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, and hands-on coaching to our Direct Marketing (door to door marketing) Teams. Our Direct Marketing is a constantly growing organization currently consisting of 7 canvassing teams throughout the west coast. The Senior Direct Marketing Manager is the guiding force for the department, steering process, performance management, strategy, and more. Your work ensures every homeowner interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism and excellence.



Lead and Strengthen the Team

• Coach, mentor, and motivate direct marketers to achieve performance goals.

• Build a positive and energetic team culture through consistent leadership.

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new canvassers.

• Conduct field training, daily meetings, and skill-building sessions.


Shape Strategy and Improve Performance

• Use data and metrics to analyze performance and adjust strategy.

• Guide daily, weekly, and monthly goal planning.

• Ensure consistent execution of scripts, customer service, and best practices.

• Optimize territory deployment, staffing, and scheduling.


Operational Excellence

• Manage mapping, routing, permitting, and field logistics.

• Maintain accurate tracking, data entry, and lead validation processes.

• Ensure marketing materials, tools, and scripts remain updated.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support regional goals.


Travel Requirement: This role requires approximately 20–30% travel to support our teams across Washington, Idaho, Central California, and Sacramento.

What Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 5+ years of management experience in face-to-face or direct marketing.

• Experience in training, coaching, and team development.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze metrics, reporting, and performance indicators.

• Excellent organization and project-management capability.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Valid driver's license and insurance for business travel.


Compensation, Benefits & Perks

We offer a competitive, performance-driven compensation structure along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your success and well-being.


• Base Salary: $120,000 annually (full-time, exempt)

• Demo Bonus: Earn $100 for every 1% above 80% of demo plan (up to 120%)

• Sales Bonus: Earn $70 for every 1% above 80% of sales plan (up to 120%)
