About the Role

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong><br>Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman is seeking an Analyst, Financial Reporting Group to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Analyst is responsible for reviewing and assembling information to assist in the preparation of various reports in support of servicing clients. Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. The hybrid work arrangement may be adjusted or altered to fill the needs of the role, including potentially working in-office for 3+ days per week.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in gathering and organizing information to onboard new clients</li>
<li>Review General Ledger activity of basic and moderate clients to ensure accurate coding of activity</li>
<li>Ensure the timely and accurate entry of investment activity for basic and moderate clients and prepare reports</li>
<li>Prepare and review information to support the preparation of financial reports which include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Budgeting and projections</li>
<li>Cash flow reports</li>
<li>Monthly financial statements</li>
<li>Net worth statements</li>
<li>Tax packages</li>
<li>Meeting packages</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Limited communication with client representatives via phone, email, and in-person</li>
<li>Other projects and duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree is required; preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business </li>
<li>1 -3 years of experience in business management or a similar role is highly preferred </li>
<li>Moderate understanding of the bookkeeping process from start to finish</li>
<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision and under very tight deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to learn new systems and process information quickly</li>
<li>Well-organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skill</li>
<li> Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook</li>
<li>Proficiency in investment software such as Addepar</li>
</ul>
<p><br>This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between <strong>$60,800 to $80,735</strong>. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
