If you’re passionate about financial markets and thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment, this is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing brokers in the industry.</p> <p>In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients across Europe, guiding them through the trading journey - from initial onboarding to active trading and long-term account retention. You’ll play a key part in revenue growth by converting leads, reactivating dormant accounts, and building relationships with clients trading CFDs, FX and other multi-asset products.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Engage with leads via phone, live chat, email and social channels</li> <li>Convert potential clients into active traders</li> <li>Reactivate dormant accounts and drive revenue growth</li> <li>Provide platform guidance and product education to clients</li> <li>Build strong relationships and maximise client lifetime value</li> <li>Support events such as webinars, seminars and client activations</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance targets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree</li> <li>Minimum 2+ years CFD/FX brokerage sales experience</li> <li>Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets</li> <li>Strong understanding of macroeconomic events and trading behaviours</li> <li>Knowledge of CFDs and spread betting products</li> <li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Fluency in a European language</li> <li>Ability to work European hours from our Dubai office</li> <li>Positive, proactive and energetic approach to teamwork</li> </ul>
