10 years Factory Controls & IT experience</span></span></li><li><span><span>Possess or is able to obtain Operational Electrical Qualification Certificate (must be able to work independently on live electrical panels)</span></span></li><li><span><span>In-depth understanding of functional engineering area of expertise</span></span></li><li><span><span>Developing Team skills - high performance team experience</span></span></li><li><span><span>Results Driven while Dealing with Ambiguity</span></span></li><li><span><span>Good communication & influencing of others</span></span></li><li><span><span>Critical & innovative thinking</span></span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Preferred:</span></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span><span>Advanced degree in Engineering, MBA, or PMP certification (Electrical or Controls Preferred)</span></span></li><li><span><span>Server Administration Expert</span></span></li><li><span><span>Virtual Infrastructure Administration knowledge</span></span></li><li><span><span>Cisco Equipment Architecture knowledge</span></span></li><li><span><span>Database Administration knowledge</span></span></li><li><span><span>SQL & VBA Knowledge</span></span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span><span><b>What will be your key responsibilities?</b></span></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span><span>Technical and project management knowledge required to execute projects that deliver stated business objectives</span></span></li><li><span><span>Being an active leader and participant in the project development process in creating and supporting Global and North American engineering standards</span></span></li><li><span><span>Using the adopted project management techniques to manage projects to meet agreed upon commitments of project scope, time, and budget</span></span></li><li><span><span>Facilitates the transfer of knowledge of control systems and electrical projects to site stakeholders through the CVS process.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Maintaining a positive attitude</span></span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrate the ability to analyze, design, program, and test applications for Factory Controls & IT systems</span></span></li><li><span><span>Good understanding of Operating Systems environments including Microsoft Windows PC and Server Operating systems, Active Directory, other Microsoft technologies, and thin-client technologies</span></span></li><li><span><span>Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks PDM</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to work well with user departments to provide the operational support in the use of HMI terminals, including thin client, along with software applications on Control Systems</span></span></li><li><span><span>Must be able to ascertain -
