Deals with all hardware problems in electrical control panel
(PLC, HMI , AC DRIVE (VFD) , SERVO DRIVES, SWITCH GEARS)
Troubleshooting of hardware and software
AMC visit to customers and taking Necessary Action at right time to avoid critical situation in future
Communicate with team or supervisor about unresolved issues. Provide suggestion to improve product performance
