Since 2001, Five9 has been at the forefront of the cloud revolution, helping organizations deliver exceptional customer experiences, improve productivity, and achieve measurable business outcomes.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are expanding our engineering and delivery teams in Bangalore and are seeking passionate professionals to help design, implement, and scale Five9’s next-generation cloud-native services.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions</li> <li>Prioritize tasks effectively, communicate clearly, and deliver within stipulated timelines.</li> <li>Apply strong analytical capabilities to implement solutions based on agreed designs.</li> <li>Stay on the leading edge of development practices.</li> <li>Be passionate about great technologies, especially open source.</li> <li>Make informed decisions quickly and take ownership of services and applications at scale.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>5 to 6 years of experience in the full development lifecycle.</li> <li>Excellent understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular IO, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3.0, NGRX, and RXJS.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in C#, OOPS concepts, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET Core, preferably with a Linux-based development background.</li> <li>Experience working with event-driven architectures and Publisher–Subscriber patterns.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in building reusable Angular components.</li> <li>Expertise in responsive UI/UX design.</li> <li>Good understanding of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments.</li> <li>Strong unit testing, debugging, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proficient in version control systems such as GIT and Azure DevOps (ADO).</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.</li> <li>Cloud exposure on at least one platform — Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS).</li> <li>Proficiency with RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).</li> <li>Knowledge or experience in the Contact Center domain is an added advantage.</li> <li>Exposure to Salesforce development will be an added advantage.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Why Five9</strong></p> <p>At Five9, we believe that technology is only as powerful as the people behind it.
