As a Veterinary Referral Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for referred clients managing their referral from originating appointment through close of case. </div><div> </div><div>As a BluePearl Veterinary Referral Coordinator: </div><div><ul><li>You schedule new appointments for the assigned specialty ensuring DVM(s) have record of new appointments. </li><li>You resolve any case-related concerns prior to appointment. </li><li>You maintain assigned specialty service(s) email and follows departmental email triage procedures. </li><li>You gather pertinent information to ensure client understands financial obligations. </li><li>You act as primary point of contact for clients and potential clients in their assigned specialty service(s). </li><li>You perform post-procedural and post-surgical phone call follow up with clients. </li><li>You receive, process and fill prescription requests, with DVM approval, for assigned specialty services(s) </li><li>You work with primary DVMs regarding requests and routine questions. </li><li>You provide primary care DVMs bloodwork/test results to keep them informed regarding referred clients. </li><li>You ensure necessary communication regarding treatment is provided timely and documented appropriately. </li><li>You provide support to clinical staff in order to facilitate the administrative components of clinical referrals for various services. </li></ul></div></div><div><div> </div><div>Why BluePearl? </div><div><ul><li>Our passion is pets.
