Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications like CFA, CPA, or FRM are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience,
- Experience in a supervisory role is a PLUS.
- Exhibits strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a broad organizational perspective
- Demonstrates adaptability, cross-functional awareness, and commitment to long-term goals
