About the Role

Project Officer – Information Security

Location: Hong Kong SAR
Employment Type: Full-time

Your role

As a Project Officer supporting the Information Security team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative coordination with opportunities to contribute to reporting and presentation work.

  • Team Operations: administrative support such as manage expense claims, vendor payments, maintain team documentation, onboarding and offboarding logistics.
  • Meeting & Communication Support: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, track and follow up on action items, assist in preparing internal communications.
  • Reporting & Presentation: create dashboards, design infographics and presentation decks, support data visualization and analysis.

To succeed in your role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
• Advantage: Experience with data visualization tools and basic graphic design skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
