About the Role

We’re seeking a Chief Business Officer to lead the company’s commercial, partnership, and capital efforts. You will develop high-value relationships across industry and finance, shape the company’s external strategy, and build the business infrastructure required for rapid growth. This is a founder-level role for someone who can operate across partnerships, capital formation, finance, legal, and business operations, while collaborating closely with technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand strategic partnerships with large companies across manufacturing, mobility, logistics, and advanced technology.
• Lead external engagement with investors, advising on capital strategy and preparation.
• Own commercial development, including early customer programs and business growth.
• Oversee business operations, finance, legal, and contracting processes as the company scales.
• Operate as a generalist and support any mission-critical business needs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong network across industry and investment communities.
• Proven ability to lead commercial or strategic functions at high-growth or frontier-tech companies.
• Experience managing partnerships, customer programs, or strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong instincts across finance, operations, and organizational leadership.
• High-agency operator comfortable owning broad responsibilities end to end.
