About the Role

As a Scale Partner Manager, you will own the relationship with Bronze partners, helping them grow within our ecosystem and progress toward higher tiers. 

Your focus will be on managing all relationships and sales efforts with our Bronze partners, including direct client-facing responsibilities, mainly for strategic business, enabling partners, activating them based on market needs, and ensuring they contribute to business growth through customer acquisition and retention.

You’ll design scalable touchpoints, create enablement materials, and collaborate with marketing, enablement, and sales teams to ensure Bronze partners are engaged and productive. Your role will be critical in strengthening our partner base and driving long-term ecosystem value.


About The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of Bronze partners across regions.
  • Take responsibility for the strategy, sales, and execution of building new partnerships.  
  • Lead strategic sales together with your partners.
  • Build and execute scalable enablement programs tailored to partner needs.
  • Track performance, KPIs, and partner progression through the tier model.
  • Strengthen outbound partner activation to align with market demand.
  • Provide partners with tools, best practices, and ongoing guidance to maximize impact.
  • Surface partner feedback to influence global partner strategy and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS sales roles - must.
  • 1+ years’ experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers - an advantage.
  • Experience of enabling partners and driving measurable growth - an advantage.
  • Strong sales background - with a track record - from the opportunity to close.
  • Account and quota planning skills.
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z.
  • Strong relationship builder, initiator, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with a super proactive approach.
  • Bonus: experience with partner tier progression models (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and ecosystem development.
  • Fluent English - must
