Workcentral is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and expanding Workcentral’s presence across the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive professional with strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of selling service-based solutions.
Candidates with experience in non-FMCG industries—particularly Banking, Insurance, or related service sectors—are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, direct marketing, and relationship-building activities.
Engage prospective clients to understand their business needs and match them with Workcentral’s solutions—including coworking spaces, virtual office services, business tools, HR/operations software, and consulting services.
Conduct detailed product/service presentations and demos to potential clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including pipeline updates and conversion metrics.
Work closely with the marketing and customer experience teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Represent Workcentral professionally at events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 2–3 years hands-on experience in Field Sales (non-FMCG sector).
Preferred experience: Sales roles within Banking, Insurance or other business-service industries.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Experience selling B2B products, services, or SaaS-based solutions is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering measurable results.
Good knowledge of Abuja market and its business ecosystem (preferred).
Proficiency in the use of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic office applications.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to engage decision-makers across all business levels.
