Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.<br><br>This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a QA automation team of 4 engineers.</li> <li>Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy for complex services</li> <li>Lead the development of automated test code, ensuring they achieve maximum test coverage and efficiency.</li> <li>Collaborate with software development leads to identify key areas for automation and prioritize test cases while managing dependencies.</li> <li>Mentor and guide test automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li> <li>Track the progress of test automation development, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to meet excellent quality of our products</li> <li>Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve them effectively, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution within sprint constraints</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.</li> <li>Solid understanding of testing methodologies</li> <li>Strong cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills working with a variety of roles including engineering, product management, and support</li> <li>Experience shipping high-quality software product releases to a production cloud environment (CI/CD)</li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic multi-task environment.</li> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience in QA for multi-layered products.</li> <li>2+ years as a team leader.</li> <li>Academic degree in Computer science or equivalent.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with cloud IaaS such as AWS, Azure, and SaaS in general</li> <li>Experience with Linux Operating system.</li> <li>Experience with GraphQL.</li> </ul>
