 Procurement Operations Specialist

Warsaw | up to 40% working from home possible | Reference 7494

 

 

We’re looking for a new team member to join our Procurement Operations Team of three in Warsaw. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment and using English daily, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Creation of purchase orders, finalization of contracts; sending out orders/contracts to suppliers
  • Creation of external employees accounts in SAP (HCM) and processing all changes based on requests from the organization
  • Supporting the business in search for external employees on our eSourcing platform according to requests from the business
  • Answering questions regarding orders / invoices from own organization and/or suppliers
  • Helpdesk and provide operational purchase support, end to end process quality
 

What You Bring

  • Good understanding of procurement- and recruiting processes would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP HCM would be an advantage
  • Very good verbal and written business communication skills in English
  • Customer orientation combined with assertiveness and self-motivation
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Professional attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Attention to details and ability to take initiatives from start to finish
  • Reliability, time management, ability to prioritize
