We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Inventory Finance Business Partner to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic management of inventory operations within the FP&A department. This role is critical in aligning inventory processes with financial planning goals and company objectives, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory data to provide actionable insights and forecasts supporting FP&A objectives.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Integrate inventory metrics into financial reports, analysis, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, aging stock, stock valuation).
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock management.
• Utilize technology and tools to enhance inventory management efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Big 4 firms experience – Mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a related area.
• Preference for experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes and their relation to inventory management is a plus.
