What You’ll Do

As a RevOps Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Go-to-Market (GTM) engine during a critical growth phase.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly impactful - combining analytics, GTM engineering, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure revenue accuracy and operational excellence.

You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Applications to translate business needs into scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Revenue Operations & Business Analytics

  • Define KPIs, build complex models (Excel/ PowerBI), and deliver insights that explain why numbers change - not just what changed.

  • Own end-to-end ARR processes: reconciliation, revenue accuracy, trend analysis, and forecasting.

  • Manage sales compensation operations: design plans, validate payouts, resolve sales queries, and ensure compensation drives the right behaviors.

  • Maintain strong data governance, proactively identifying data issues and implementing systemic, long-term fixes (validation rules, automations, processes).

Business Applications Partnership & UAT

  • Act as the primary gatekeeper for business requests, validating logic, scope, and business value.

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, documentation, and process diagrams.

  • Provide healthy pushback by challenging assumptions and ensuring solutions address root causes rather than applying band-aids.

  • Own the business-side release cycle: UAT planning, sandbox testing, validation, and post-release refinement.

  • Serve as an operational shield, triaging and resolving Tier-1 workflow and data issues.

GTM Engineering, AI & Automation Strategy

  • Lead AI-driven GTM automation initiatives

  • Define automation logic (“if-this-then-that” workflows) and prototype lightweight automations before full implementation.

  • Eliminate manual work, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve revenue scalability.

What You’ll Need — Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in RevOps Manager in a B2B SaaS company

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred)

  • Experience owning ARR, forecasting, compensation operations, and KPI reporting

  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, objects, Flows, Validation Rules.

  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and process documentation

  • Experience supporting Lead-to-Cash, revenue, or GTM processes

  • Excellent English (written and verbal)

Advantages

  • Experience with AI-driven operational or GTM tools

  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Make, Zapier, etc.)

  • Experience with Gong, HubSpot, Planhat,Salesforce CPQ or similar GTM systems

  • Experience with Snowflake

  • Experience with data-oriented work and strong hands-on capabilities.

  • Prior involvement in sales compensation modeling or revenue reconciliation

  • Experience with pipeline automation, signal-based selling, or data enrichment workflows
