About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to design and build ETL processes that turn raw data into clean, aggregated datasets. You’ll work closely with analysts, product, and business teams to understand needs and deliver scalable, production-ready data models.

This is a hands-on role in a high-scale environment, working with massive data volumes and real business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build end-to-end ETL processes using Python, SQL, and Spark
  • Translate business needs into robust data solutions—don’t just execute, help shape the direction
  • Own the development of data tables and pipelines that are maintainable, reusable, and scalable
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Drive automation and avoid redundant tables and duplicated logic
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Experience with Apache Spark or similar big data frameworks
  • Familiarity with Airflow or other orchestration tools
  • Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment
  • Strong business intuition
  • Independent, proactive, and curious
  • Experience working with large-scale data and building clean, efficient data infrastructure
