Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
- Create training materials such as manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.
- Implement innovative training methods to enhance learning and retention.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure training sessions are interactive, inclusive, and tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with training lead and department managers to determine specific training requirements.
- Develop customized training materials based on assessment results.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through summative assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Analyze training data and prepare reports on training outcomes and impact.
- Continuously tweak training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and participant communication to the training coordinator.
- Maintain accurate training records and manage the training database.
- Liaise with external training providers and vendors when necessary.
- Requirements:
What Are We Looking For❓ - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- 5-7 years of experience as a schoolteacher is welcome to apply.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is preferred.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
- Native or bilingual competencies in English Language.
