About the Role:
A Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of aquatic facilities and equipment. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring pool facilities are clean and operational, and servicing pool equipment. The Service Attendant will use a company vehicle to oversee the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of 5-8 aquatics facilities daily. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with maintenance teams to report and resolve any technical issues or hazards. Ultimately, the Service Attendant helps uphold the high standards of Expert Aquatics by supporting daily operations and enhancing the overall client experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of aquatic facility operations and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to facility maintenance and cleaning.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Experience working in aquatic or recreational facility environments.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance equipment and procedures.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors, providing information and addressing inquiries related to aquatic services and facility usage.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in aquatic areas, including pool decks, locker rooms, and equipment storage.
- Conduct routine inspections of aquatic equipment and facilities to identify and report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of aquatic services, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to facilitate repairs and improvements, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Service Attendant utilizes strong communication skills daily to interact effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clear and courteous exchanges.
