Playtech is looking for a proactive, self-motivated Technical Project Manager with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Lead and drive software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Establish priority and business needs, schedule all necessary tasks and monitor their execution on time, within budget and with excellent quality.
• Support the delivery team in overcoming impediments.
• Contribute to onboarding new team members and provide mentorship to Junior Project Managers, helping them grow and succeed.
• Generate proposals and ideas for innovative tools and process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall project outcomes.

Components for success. You...

• Bring a minimum of 3 years of practical experience leading software development projects of varying sizes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring successful delivery.
• Are proficient in using Jira and Confluence to manage projects and collaborate effectively.
• Confidently work with the Microsoft Office Suite to support planning and reporting.
• Possess a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and are well-versed in project management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and others.
• Are well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive in driving projects forward.
• Demonstrate a strong drive to improve processes and environments rather than conforming to the status quo.
