About the Role
<p><strong>📍 Location:</strong> Remote in EU<br><strong>🕒 Employment Type:</strong> Full-time<br></p><p>Are you enthusiastic about digital marketing, building partnerships, and accelerating business growth? We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as an Affiliate Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in affiliate marketing, account management, and relationship-building while driving successful outcomes for both our partners and our brand.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.</li><li>Manage and optimize affiliate program performance and daily operations.</li><li>Address affiliate and partner inquiries, resolving account-related issues promptly.</li><li>Conduct research and negotiate with affiliate networks and traffic partners to broaden reach and align with company objectives.</li><li>Prepare and negotiate partnership agreements, renewals, and performance-based contracts.</li><li>Create partnership proposals based on anticipated ROI and performance indicators.</li><li>Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with program policies, including fraud prevention and guideline adherence.</li><li>Analyze campaign and sales data to assess effectiveness and recommend enhancements.</li><li>Explore market trends and demographics to discover new growth and promotional opportunities.</li><li>Work with creative and marketing teams to develop region- and audience-specific promotional materials.</li><li>Write marketing briefs and help develop advertising assets like banners, landing pages, and email templates.</li><li>Suggest and implement new campaign strategies, bonus systems, and promotional initiatives for affiliates.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Native or fluent Spanish and English speaker (C1 level), strong in written and spoken communication; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred.</li><li><strong>1-2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing within the FX, Crypto or iGaming industry.</strong></li><li>Experience in digital marketing, fintech, or related industries is beneficial.</li><li>Solid knowledge of affiliate marketing, partner networks, and digital acquisition strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with compliance and marketing regulations is advantageous.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools is desirable.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Self-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines independently.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative attitude.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally for events, conferences, or meetings.</li></ul><p><strong>OFFER:</strong></p><ul><li>Generous paid annual leave.</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance including family coverage.</li><li>Access to online learning platforms for ongoing professional development.</li><li>Employee discounts on a range of products and services.</li><li>Regular company events and team-building activities.</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><ul></ul><h5>Your Career Journey as an Affiliate Manager Starts Here</h5><p>Step into an empowering, inclusive environment where your skills and initiative are celebrated.
