About the Role
<p>Our client is&nbsp;a fast-growing, science-led consumer brand on a mission to make sensitive-skin tanning accessible, effective and confidence-boosting. With a rapidly expanding community and major growth ahead, they’re building a small but mighty leadership team who can think big and execute fast.</p><p>We’re looking for a high-impact Head of Marketing to own the brand and growth engine across DTC and retail. You’ll shape the brand's&nbsp;positioning, lead full-funnel acquisition, oversee social/influencer strategy, and drive standout 360° launches. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-led, culturally tuned-in environment.</p><p><b>What you'll do:&nbsp;</b></p><ul><li>Brand strategy, storytelling and integrated campaigns that build awareness and advocacy.</li><li>360° go-to-market for product and retail launches.</li><li>Paid social, search and performance marketing to scale acquisition and retention.</li><li>CRM, lifecycle and loyalty - building journeys that drive repeat purchase.</li><li>Website UX and CRO to boost conversion and AOV.</li><li>Social, community, influencer and partnership strategy.</li><li>Retail and shopper marketing for key partners.</li><li>PR and comms across earned, owned and paid channels.</li><li>Building and leading a high-performing team.</li></ul><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience growing consumer brands across both brand and performance.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in paid social/search and DTC growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention).</li><li>Strong CRM/lifecycle background (segmentation, automation, testing).</li><li>Experience launching products across DTC and retail environments.</li><li>Comfort working with influencers, creators and fast-moving cultural trends.</li><li>Leadership experience with teams and agencies.</li><li>Commercial, analytical mindset and a love for building in high-growth environments.</li></ul><p>💸 <strong>Salary:</strong> £65-75k DOE<br>🏡 <strong>Logistics:</strong> London office, 2 days a week<br></p>
